6. Third-Party Services
6.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google") and collects and stores data through this web analysis service from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. The user profiles created in this way serve to evaluate visitor behavior in order to design and improve the offer presented on this website according to needs. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", small text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The usage profiles managed under a pseudonym will also not be merged with personal data about the user without the express and separately declared consent of the user. Thus, the assessment shows that there are no overriding interests on your part (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).
You can also prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website: Deactivate Google Analytics. Google's privacy policy can be viewed at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html. We point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "anonymizeIp" to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
6.2 Social media links
We have our own social media pages with the third-party providers accessible via links from this website. By using the links, you will reach the respective websites of the third-party providers (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+). To avoid unnecessary data transfer, we recommend that you log out of the respective third-party provider before using a corresponding link, so that usage profiles may not be created by the third-party provider simply by using the link.
6.3 Use of YouTube
This website and the integrated offerings contain so-called embeddings of videos on YouTube. These enable the connection to YouTube and the videos stored there. YouTube is an offering of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). No user interests are affected here that outweigh this technical necessity of integrating the videos (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). For the purpose and scope of data collection and data use by Google, as well as your rights and setting options for protection as a YouTube customer, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy. You can find this at: http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy/.
6.4 Use of Google ReCAPTCHA
This website uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The function serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCAPTCHA will not be merged with other data from Google. The processing thus serves to prevent abuse of this website and ultimately takes place anonymously, so the assessment shows that no overriding interests on your part prevent processing (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). Google's privacy policy applies, which can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
6.5 Google Web Fonts
We use so-called Web Fonts from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), to be able to display a uniform font on our website. These are automatically stored in your browser's cache when one of our pages is accessed to enable the desired display. If your browser does not support the Web Fonts used, a standard font from your computer may be used. No user interests are affected here that outweigh this technical necessity (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). Google's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq
6.6 Google AdSense
This website uses the online advertising service Google AdSense, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Through this service, we can present you with advertising on our website that is tailored to your interests. Our aim is to show you advertising that may be of interest to you in order to make our website more interesting for you. For this purpose, statistical information about you is collected and processed by our advertising partners. These advertisements are recognizable by the notice "Google Ads" in the respective advertisement.
By visiting our website, Google receives the information that you have accessed our website. For this purpose, Google uses a web beacon to set a cookie on your computer. The data mentioned under "Logfiles" in this privacy policy is transmitted. We have no influence on the data collected, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection and the storage period. Your data will be transmitted to the USA and evaluated there. If you are logged in with your Google account, your data can be directly assigned to it. If you do not wish the assignment to your Google profile, you must log out. It is possible that this data will be passed on to Google's contractual partners to third parties and authorities. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. This website has also activated Google AdSense ads from third-party providers. The aforementioned data can be transmitted to these third-party providers (named under support.google.com/dfp_sb/answer/94149).
You can prevent the installation of Google AdSense cookies in various ways: a) by a corresponding setting of your browser software, in particular, the suppression of third-party cookies means that you will not receive third-party ads; b) by deactivating interest-based ads on Google via the link www.google.de/ads/preferences, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers who are part of the "About Ads" self-regulation campaign via the link www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) by permanently deactivating them in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome under the link www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of this offer.
