DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
OptiDynex spol. s r. o., as a producer of electronic equipment within the meaning of Act 185/2001 Coll. on Waste, fulfils the obligations imposed on it under §37h, par. c) of that Act regarding separate collection, take-back, recovery, use and disposal of electrical equipment and electrical waste by transferring these tasks to another legal entity, thereby ensuring the joint fulfilment of the obligations placed on producers under Part 8 of the Waste Act. That legal entity is ASEKOL a.s., Československého exilu 2062/8, 143 00 Praha 4. OptiDynex s.r.o., as a producer of batteries and rechargeable batteries within the meaning of Act 185/2001 Coll. on Waste, fulfils the obligations imposed on it under §31k, par. c) of that Act regarding separate collection, take-back, recovery, use and disposal of electrical equipment and electrical waste by transferring these tasks to another legal entity, thereby ensuring the joint fulfilment of the obligations placed on producers under Part 8 of the Waste Act.
