OptiDynex spol. s r. o. as a manufacturer of electronic equipment within the meaning of Act 185/2001 Coll. on Waste, fulfills the obligations imposed on it under §37h, para. c) of this Act regarding separate collection, take-back, recycling, utilization, and disposal of electrical equipment and electrical waste by transferring these tasks to another legal entity, thereby ensuring the joint fulfillment of the obligations transferred to manufacturers in Part 8 of the Waste Act. This legal entity is the company ASEKOL a.s., Československého exilu 2062/8, 143 00 Praha 4.
